Initially, Squale was a Swiss watchmaker producing fine watch cases of several brands (Heuer and Blancpain, among others). The outstanding Swiss precision combined with a love of the sea and diving led C. Von Büren to work exclusively on the construction of professional divers’ watches from the early 1950's. A decade later, the entrepreneur launched the brand’s institutional and commercial history.

Squale watches combined impressive durability and solidity. As tradition demands, the case is made throughout from Swiss 316L steel. The dive watches ensure resistance to deep underwater pressures of the sea. Superbly designed for users, the watches’ reliability meets the highest demands including timekeeping accuracy.
